Managing General Partner

Marcum King has been in business for himself since the age of 26 with a passion for entrepreneurial endeavors and a focus on finance and business development. He has ventured into a wide array of business sectors throughout his professional career. He founded two medical center brands in Ohio and Kentucky in the wellness and pain management segments of the healthcare sector. He cofounded a R&D and Production company that produces Cannabidiol for medicinal purposes within the cannabis sector. As a real estate developer and redeveloper, he has launched over 110 historic tax incentive and new ground-up projects. He also holds a principal positions in two private equity companies he founded called Global Equity Ventures and Global Medical Holdings that provides funding for new startup companies. As an angel advisor and architect in various sectors, he has been successful in raising over $50M in angel and venture capital that has enabled the launch of projects in MedTech, BioTech, Tech, Cannabis, CPG, AgTech, Real Estate and Manufacturing.



Chief Commercialization Officer

Jake is a prolific entrepreneur and healthcare executive with extensive hands on experience in founding, building, growing and positioning companies for successful exits in the pharmaceutical, medical device and nutraceuticals space. Jake has founded or co-founded five successful OTC healthcare companies and has overseen the formulation, human clinical validation, development and commercialization of numerous award winning products successfully commercialized in over 22 countries. In addition to GMH Jake is also a co-founder of Omni Global Group that brings it’s extensive international pharma, commercialization, M&A networks and deal flow to GMH. Jake is an expert at building highly efficient executive management and support teams that are hyper focused on revenue growth through opening up new sales channels, nurturing and closing strategic partnerships that are systematically designed to maximize company valuation.



Chief Financial Officer

Rebecca Parmley is an accountant with experience in leadership and financial roles in startup and growth oriented companies in the US and Europe. With over 20 years of accounting experience, she has generated a clientele that includes individuals to mid and large size corporations. She has worked in the public and private sector, with significant understanding of governmental regulations pertaining to individuals and corporations. Her business acumen has brought her to the forefront of new enterprises including her own founding roles and executive C-Level positions in corporations over her career. Her dedication to accuracy and computational sharpness has enabled her to be recognized by her peers as a leader in her profession. Her services encompass accounting, taxes, financial law and mentorship for those entrepreneurs seeking financial guidance. She has served as the CFO/Controller for established medical practices and has helped develop financial structure that focuses on strategic growth in such healthcare fields as medical wellness, durable medical equipment, medical staffing and general medical practice.



Chief Medical Officer

Nezar is a board certified interventional cardiologist, a fellow of the American college of cardiology and the society of cardiovascular angiography and intervention. He practices at Saint Joseph Main Hospital. His expertise entail the performance of coronary artery and peripheral vascular interventions, and structural heart procedures (TAVR, Mitraclip, PFO/ASD closure and Left Atrial Appendage interventions). He is the Director of the Cardiac Catheterization laboratory at Saint Joseph Hospital, a founding board member of the Saint Joseph Health Medical Group, and serves as the Director of the Cardiovascular Service Line for Saint Joseph Health system. He has published book chapters and review articles in the field of interventional cardiovascular medicine and has collaborated with Medical Device companies as a proctor and a consultant. Nezar is a gratis faculty at the University of Louisville Cardiovascular medicine division and where he oversees the training of cardiovascular fellows in coronary and peripheral vascular interventions. Over the years, he has developed a passion for medical devices and pharmaceutical innovation and development leading him into the fields of medical device development, and capital investment in medical device start ups.
